has multiple layers. Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder postures eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Its main body is connected by high strength screw bolts. A circular, elliptical vibration motion is created in order to sieve the materials efficiently. It is composed of screen box, screen mesh cloth, suspension (or support) device, underframe and motor.
Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high precision screening machinery. Round vibrating sieve is composed of vertical motor,and eccentric weight installed at two ends.We can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.Diameter can be ranged from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks.
Linear vibrating screen is designed with dual-vibration motor
drive.Two synchronous motors are reversely placed so that the exciter generate reverse excitation force, the
exciting force generated by eccentric block cancel each other out on the parallel direction of motor axis,and
stack together with the perpendicular direction of motor axis, so its trajectory is linear.Linear vibrating screen is
suitable for particle size from 0.074 -5 mm,the maximum size should be less than 10mm.
Trommel screen is composed of motor, reduction unit, cylindrical drum, screen frame and sealing cover.
Cylindrical drum screen is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end.
Dewatering screens have a wide variety of application including dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing,
scrubbing and washing. It is made up of screen cloth, vibration exciter, supporting system and motor. Materials
such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, frac sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious
metals, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials which can be processed through a dewatering screen.
