This article is the continuation of previous one. PK Machinery will introduce you how to reduce noise during application of rotary vibrating screen continuously.

5.Rotary vibrating screen might locate at location that is nearby the other hard devices.
Solution: make sure the place nearby the rotary vibrating screen is clean to prevent the interference of the other equipment. Rotary vibrating screen should be placed at location which is 10 cm away from the other devices.

6. The screening body of rotary vibrating screen is uneven.
Solution: place the screening body steadily or add anchor bolts to fix. 

7.The damage of vibration motor or exciter bearing of rotary vibrating screen will cause adverse effects.
Solution: replace the bearing or add lubricating oil regularly.

8. The looseness of other fasteners.
Solution: Check the fasteners regularly and tighten it if it is loosen.

The maintenance of components must be done regularly to solve the problems that occurred during the operation of rotary vibration screen equipment. The life span of rotary vibrating screen will be extended and increase the screening efficiency by solving those problems. Hence, it increases the economic benefits.
