Overview of vibration screen
Different nature of materials used different type of vibrating screen. The screening process of materials refers to the size of material. The materials particle sizes which are bigger than the mesh size are unable to penetrate through it. Hence, it will leave at the surface of sieve mesh. The sieve separation must have the relative motion between the screen surface and material in the vibration screen. This motion enables the materials showing an active loose state.

·Gyratory Vibrating Screen

-Its motions are horizontally at first then converted into elliptical then discharge in linear motion.

·Linear Vibrating Screen
-Applicable industry: plastic, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer and glass industries.
-Its motion is parabolic motion. Materials is been throw forward.

·Rotary Vibrating Screen
-Usage: screening, filtering, grading and removing impurity.
-Applicable material: powder, grain and liquidity material
